Wine Online Store of the company “Jaguar-17”
By order of our colleagues from Dolphin studio we developed a web design for the company Jaguar-17 which is engaged in the wholesale supply of alcohol products (mainly wines but also other types of alcohol). Website layouts were developed based on the corporate identity provided by the customer.
On the home page of the site directly under the menu there is an advertising banner. When you click on a specific place (marked with an “x”) the banner collapses (the banner works with technology jQuery).
Three Level Catalog
The following selection criteria are presented in the online store catalog:
- 1st level — type of alcoholic beverage (Wine, Vodka, Whiskey, etc.)
- 2nd level — country of origin (France, Italy, etc.)
- 3rd level:
- only for wine — qualitative category / region (for example table wine / region of the country (Bordeaux))
- only for strong drinks — brand
Clicking on the every subgroup (Country Region (Bordeaux)) opens the output page on which the selected products are located in the matrix order. Each product contains a heading, clickable image with full size, brief characteristics of the product, text description, thematic “bookmarks” that opens the “card” of the product description in one or another aspect.
Product Card
The page of product card has the following form: the title of the product goes above under which there is a small photo on the left side. Clicking on the photo opens a large full-size photo in the pop-up window. To the right of the photo there is a product description block with the following fields and tabs: a text field with a table of parameters and a general description.
Tabs:
- general description;
- brand features;
- expert review.
Alcohol Manufacturers
The page is a list of wine and other types of alcohol producers. Choosing a manufacturer the user gets to a page with a description of that alcohol maker with all his products visually displayed in the matrix order standard for the catalog.
Information pages are presented in the web design sketch “About Company”
These are simple HTML pages with text and illustrations. The main goal of such pages is representing information. So we make it easier to read and remember because of attractive design and nice colors and fonts.
